HÜRNER WhiteLine Easy Weld 110 (T)

The HÜRNER WhiteLine EasyWeld 110 (T) is a mobile and robust butt welding machine designed for precise use on construction sites and in workshops. It enables simple and reliable butt-welding of pipes and fittings made from PE, PP, and PVDF within all pressure ratios from O.D. 20 to 110 mm.

This series impresses with its versatility and the ability to meet specific requirements through various planing and adjustment options.

The HÜRNER WhiteLine EasyWeld 180 is a professional, mobile butt welding machine developed for flexible use on construction sites and in workshops. It enables precise and reliable butt-welding of pipes and fittings made from PE, PP and PVDF (ECTFE upon request) in all pressure ratios from O.D. 50 to 180 mm. Its unique operation and robust construction make it the ideal partner for diverse and mobile welding tasks.

HÜRNER WhiteLine HWT 250 MI

The HÜRNER WhiteLine HWT 250 MI is an extremely stable and torsion-resistant butt welding machine, specially designed for the production of pipes, segments, and molded parts from PE, PE 100 RC, PP, and PVDF. It enables precise welding in the range of O.D. 50 to 250 mm for all SDR ratios up to SDR 11 and is ideal for demanding tasks on construction sites or in workshops.

  • Highest Precision & Durability: Stable base frame and precise guiding units guarantee highest welding quality.
  • Multifunctional Application Range: Welds pipes and molded parts from O.D. 50 to 250 mm, including those with short radius and short mounting stub.
