The HÜRNER WhiteLine EasyWeld 180 is a professional, mobile butt welding machine developed for flexible use on construction sites and in workshops. It enables precise and reliable butt-welding of pipes and fittings made from PE, PP and PVDF (ECTFE upon request) in all pressure ratios from O.D. 50 to 180 mm. HÜRNER WhiteLine HWT 400 Line

The HÜRNER WhiteLine HWT 400-Line represents the further development of proven construction site machines for use in the workshop area. This robust workshop line includes the versions CNC (HWT 400 CS und HWT 400 CS-S), WeldControl (HWT 400 WeldControl) and Manual Hydraulic (HWT 400 M). All machines were developed according to the latest Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and are designed for the precise production of segments, T-, Y-, and crosspieces in the dimension range of DA 90 – 400 mm. They are based on extremely stable and torsion-resistant base frames with precise guiding units.

This extremely stable and torsion-resistant machine is designed for diameters up to DA 500 mm (20″) and all SDR stages up to SDR 9. It was developed according to the latest Machinery Directive and guarantees maximum precision and efficiency in series production.
