The success of our company can only be ensured in the long run if our respective and constant service meets our customers’ expectations. For us, quality means: the constant correspondence of requirement and service.
When selecting products we generally go by our customers’ specific requests but stress that these are restricted to well-known, reputable manufacturers who are established on the market.
Our striving for quality runs like a common thread through our company in material procurement, sales, logistics and among the sales force. We want to rule out sources of error or reduce them to a minimum using this QM system. The QM system is to secure the quality of services and products sold by us in the long-term. We can therefore convince our customers and the organisation monitoring us that quality is given top priority here.
We know that our company’s success can only be secured if we meet our customers’ expectations with regard to price, performance, quantity, deadlines and service. We define all of this comprehensively under the term quality. This is a matter for every single employee, i.e. that they put all their knowledge and skills into the company. Management therefore sees its remit as being to promote the employees’ awareness of responsibility and quality, basically manage the responsibility and processes for all activities and facts that influence quality and monitor the effectiveness of quality assurance measures.
Every single employee in the business is required to make their contribution, avoid errors through due diligence, think independently and reliably complete the tasks assigned to them, thus contributing to shared success.
All employees are obligated to identify any deviations in quality and remedy them in accordance with the QM system. The “error prevention instead of error elimination” principle applies. We see deviations in quality as an opportunity for a continuous improvement process at all levels of the company.
The mission statement and relevant procedural instructions according to DIN EN ISO 9001 document our quality management system. The procedures included in these serve to implement our corporate policy. The effectiveness of the quality management system is regularly checked using internal audits. Management is responsible for the goals and corporate policy content and their implementation
